Mary Anne Wampler
Mary Anne is the real deal. A teacher at heart, she’s also a highly intuitive coach, impactful business strategist, and thought leader. Her thirty years of teaching, executive coaching, leadership development, and consulting experience have proven what she’s always known: that higher levels of self-awareness and self-development lead to greater success.
Mary Anne’s passion for business, coupled with her desire to help people develop themselves, led her to pioneer bringing the Enneagram into the workplace, even though others said it couldn’t be done. In 1996, she co-founded Transform, Inc. She has co-authored several books with her business partner, Theresa Gale, including Wake Up and Sell. Prior to launching Transform, she managed a multi-million-dollar staffing firm, was an advertising sales leader, and was a senior sales trainer for a national training organization.
She is nationally recognized as an Enneagram expert and served as a past board member and president of the Enneagram Association in the Narrative Tradition (EANT). Mary Anne’s Enneagram journey and instruction began with the world-renowned Helen Palmer and David Daniels. She was certified with them in 1996 and continues to advance the Narrative approach to the Enneagram, an unparalleled teaching and developmental method. Mary Anne is honored to be part of an elite group of Supervising Teachers chosen to mentor and coach students enrolled in the Narrative Enneagram training program.
She is still thrilled when she witnesses her clients’ businesses reach new levels of success, while they personally achieve greater happiness in their work, their lives, and their relationships.
Theresa Gale
With more than 30 years of experience and a Master’s degree in Human Resource Management, Theresa partners with successful organizations where growth has outpaced the systems and culture needed to sustain it, the leadership team isn’t as strong or deep as it needs to be, communication lacks clarity and consistency, and accountability for results is inconsistent or absent—helping them strengthen direction, alignment, and leadership effectiveness, deepen their leadership bench, and build high-performing teams positioned for long-term continuity and sustainable growth.
Alongside her longtime business partner, Mary Anne Wampler, she has co-authored books including Wake Up and Sell and Transformational Tips, and contributes to their weekly blog, Tuesday’s Transformational Tips, offering practical, real-world insights on leadership, sales management, the Enneagram, client engagement, and personal development. Together, their work has helped organizations across a wide range of industries build healthier cultures and achieve meaningful, sustainable results.
A lifelong learner and contemplative practitioner, Theresa brings innovative strategies, tools, and practices into her work. As a certified Enneagram, Emotional Intelligence, Working Genius, Conversational Intelligence, and DISC trainer, she develops self-study, group, and in-person trainings that are practical, engaging, and immediately applicable to the real challenges leaders and teams face.
At the heart of her work is a commitment to helping leaders grow with clarity and intention, enabling them to navigate change and complexity with confidence and achieve the results that matter most to them.
